Please read carefully before ordering my services.

Monthly Subscription

1 Clients are required to pay for their selected plan every month.2 Payments are manual by default, after receiving an invoice.3 Clients can opt for auto-debit to avoid manual payments.4 New clients are recommended to start with the Basic Plan, aslo suitable for small businesses. But can skip if willing to setup a digital store.5 An engagement fee is charged separately and can be optionally added to subscription plan during checkout.

Important Note on Expenses

New Clients who choose to pay through freelancing platforms should understand that higher subscription packages (Basic Upwards) may involve additional costs (e.g., stock footage, premium software, ad tools). Since these are billed per user, such expenses are not included in the subscription fee and must be paid separately and directly by the clients. After purchase, clients will need to share the relevant logins or access details with me to integrate these tools into their projects.To offset this, subscription fees for clients paying via freelancing platforms may be slightly discounted, since they are handling external resource purchases themselves. The final fee will be confirmed via invoice.Clients paying through freelancing platforms can keep subscription-only expenses for Starter and Starter+ plans, as these packages generally deliver strong marketing results without requiring heavy external resources.Clients who choose direct payment methods (bank transfer, Skrill, Neteller, etc.) will enjoy all-inclusive subscriptions, with shared resources, removing extra per-user charges and keeping overall costs lower.For all packages, clients must still connect their own credit card to Ads platforms (Meta/TikTok) to fund their ad spend directly.

Communication

1. All communication must take place through the freelancing platform (Fiverr, Upwork, or Freelancer) to ensure transparency and avoid fraud.
However, clients who wish to communicate outside these platforms, due to registration issues or other valid reasons, may do so after completing the subscription package form, by initiating a live call via Zoom or Google Meet, or through Tawk.to messages.2. For custom subscription plans, clients are required to schedule a live call (via Zoom or Google Meet) or send a direct message through Tawk.to for proper discussion.3. All communication must be in English. Vague or off-topic messages will not be entertained, please keep discussions clear and direct.4. Please review subscription packages carefully before requesting custom services. Pricing for custom packages will be determined after a meeting or through an agreement via Tawk.to.

Payment Policy

1. All payments must be verified on the freelancing platform (if used) before work begins.2. First-time clients paying outside freelancing platforms must pay in full from Starter to Basic+ packages. For Premium packages, New clients may either:
Pay the full amount upfront, or
Pay 50% upfront and the remaining balance at the end of the month.3. For returning clients, all subsequent subscription payments must be made in full, monthly, before services continue.

Social Media Management

1. Access to pages is required. Clients can restrict my permissions to basic actions (posting, commenting).2. If a page does not exist, I can create one under the client’s brand.3. 2FA (two-factor authentication) must be active to prevent hacking or security breaches.4. Access will be revoked immediately if a client opts out.5. All actions are logged for transparency. Clients can view these logs if desired.6. Platforms supported: TikTok, Facebook, Instagram only.
Managing X (formerly Twitter) is excluded due to complexity and cost.

Digital Store Management (E-commerce)

1 Clients can opt for a localized African-based digital store starting from the Standard+ package.2 Required client inputs:* WhatsApp number for submitting product details and pricing for uploading.
* Email for order notifications
* Estimated delivery days for products
* Customer Support contact number (for order inquiries)
* Facebook/X account links to increase buyer trust
* Bank account details for settlement in local currency3 After setup, clients will receive a store link, which can also be installed as a webapp APK.4 Stores are overseen by a third-party platform based in Nigeria.5 Clients are responsible for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.6 Complaints due to late delivery or replacement items may result in withholding of payment until resolved, or refunds to customers.
